• Headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, Axial delivers exceptional healthcare solutions at the lowest possible cost as a program manager of two national group healthcare purchasing coalitions. Axial also offers traditional health and ancillary products to fully insured and self-insured clients. 

• Axial agreed to partner with ALKEME, a top 40 insurance brokerage. ALKEME is one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the United States, providing agencies with a proven platform to achieve financial security and revenue growth

• The acquisition will allow ALKEME to enhance its national footprint and expand its presence and specialty expertise within the Employee Benefits segment. 

• The acquisition offers the Axial team ALKEME’s institutional support and wide network of agency partners. ALKEME’s partner network will provide many cross-selling opportunities for the Axial team within its existing client base.
