• Dunhill was founded by Tony Steigerwald in 1992 and is headquartered in San Diego, CA.  

• Dunhill is focused on providing universal life, term life, and annuities. The company’s main offering is tailored to providing life coverages to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Dunhill places some of the largest, most complex cases in the industry. 

• Dunhill also provides long-term care and disability products. Additionally, the Company provides wealth management products through a related entity with common ownership, IRA Solutions, Inc. 

• Dunhill agreed to partner with ALKEME, one of the fastest growing Insurance brokerages in the United States.

• The acquisition will allow ALKEME to expand its service offerings, bolstering ALKEME’s life practice and adding wealth advisory capabilities. Dunhill will serve as a platform for ALKEME’s expansion into the wholesale life coverage space. 

• The acquisition provides Dunhill with numerous opportunities to leverage ALKEME’s strengths and network of agency partners. ALKEME’s resources and expertise will allow for rapid growth and expansion.
