• HHR is a commercial lines-focused retail P&C agency that specializes in securing coverages for non-profit entities and contractors. HHR also secures personal lines coverages for families and individuals throughout the region. 

• HHR agreed to partner with Risk Strategies (RSC), a top 20 National Insurance Broker headquartered in Boston, MA. RSC was recently included on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.

• The transaction will provide RSC with a Florida-based agency partner with strong expertise in insurance for non-profit entities and contractors. The acquisition will further expand RSC’s reach within the state, adding to a long list of acquisitions the Company has made in Florida. 

• The acquisition will provide the HHR team with robust support that will enhance the Company’s existing operations. The partnership will provide HHR with significant cross-selling opportunities, as well as access to key Florida markets.
