• As a premier agency in Southern California, Milestone has an exceptional team of employees led by its President, John Hoefer, and Managing Director, Warren Weed. 

• Milestone agreed to partner with High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP), one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in North America and a Top 100 National Insurance Broker headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan.

Significance of Transaction​

• The acquisition of Milestone allows HSIP to expand its presence on the West coast. It will also provide the Company with a deep bench of highly qualified insurance professionals and a team with niche expertise and experience in California workers’ compensation coverages.

• The acquisition will allow the Milestone team to leverage HSIP’s national partner network to better serve their clients. The partnership will provide many cross-selling opportunities for the Milestone team among the existing HSIP client base.
