• Sarrica is a retail Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agency located in Franklin Square, New York, about 20 miles east of New York City.

• Founded in 2017 by Santino Sarrica, the Company provides comprehensive Commercial Lines (CL) and Personal Lines coverages designed to manage its clients’ business and personal risk exposures primarily throughout New York and New Jersey. 

• With a strategic focus on writing CL coverages for a wide range of industries, Sarrica has expertise and specializes in several areas of the automotive industry, various contractors’ risks, and in different areas of real estate, to name a few. 

• Sarrica agreed to partner with ALKEME, ranked by Insurance Journal as one of the top 40 largest agencies in the United States

 

Significance of Transaction

• The acquisition will allow ALKEME to expand its service offerings, bolstering ALKEME’s insurance and consulting capabilities with a well-respected partner in the New York Metro region. 

• The acquisition provides Sarrica with employee benefits cross sell opportunities to ALKEME’s network of agency partners as well as the resources and expertise that will allow Sarrica to focus on growth.
